Cancellation Policy
Project timeframes and results may vary. Some jobs may be completed ahead of schedule, while others may require additional time. If a job is completed earlier than estimated, we reserve the right to conclude the service and leave the property upon completion. For more detailed cleaning, we recommend our Deep Cleaning Package, which may be better suited to your needs. If additional time is required beyond the allotted timeframe, an hourly rate of $30 will apply for up to one additional hour. After that, services may need to be rescheduled or restarted. Please note: The Terra Project is excluded from these terms. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur a full-service charge. Repeated cancellations may affect your ability to book future services. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps ensure fairness to our clients and team.
